- Refunds are provided at the sole discretion of NextGen Compliance & Training and only for services not yet rendered. Once training or audits have started, no refunds will be issued.

- Provide accurate information required for training or compliance reviews.
- Ensure drivers attend scheduled training sessions on time.
- Maintain vehicles in safe, roadworthy condition for use in driver evaluations (if applicable).
5. Limitation of Liability
While we provide professional compliance and training services, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, such as passing a road test or avoiding all audit findings. NextGen Compliance & Training is not liable for any damages, losses, or penalties arising from the use of our services.
